In life, it’s not about knowing exactly where you’re going, but about learning along the way and letting those lessons and experiences guide you.

When I retired from the Air Force in 2021 after 20 years, I didn't have a clear next step. My entire career had been in aircraft maintenance, with most of my time spent stationed in California. When I retired, for the first time in years, I had the freedom to choose where we would go and what I would do.

We always wanted to move to the East Coast, so we moved to New Hampshire. We wanted our kids to grow up surrounded by history. We settled in Croydon on 14 acres, and we've been here for six years now.
As for my career, I took a pause to think about what I wanted to do. Eventually I settled for a project management role, but it didn't take long for me to see I was ready to have something of my own. I kept coming back to real estate. Over the years, I had bought several homes and experienced both great agents and not-so-great ones. I knew the impact a trusted agent could make. Someone who actually made the process better, not more stressful.
More than anything I saw it as a way to serve fellow veterans. I wanted to work with people who are like-minded, proud of the country we live in, and want to see it succeed. I might not be serving in the military anymore, but I can serve them in real estate.

Many of my life experiences translate directly into real estate. Twenty years in the military taught me how to work with people from all walks of life. I used to brief four-star generals. You learn pretty quickly that it is just another person doing a job. And throughout my service, leadership qualities were drilled into me. I can walk my clients through the process, educate them, and help them make the best decisions for their situation.

And having moved so many times myself, I know exactly what people need when they are relocating. They don't want to be overwhelmed with information, just the essentials. Where the nearest school is, where they will buy groceries, and what the area is actually like.
Everybody told me the first three years in real estate were going to be really tough. But by my second year I was named Rookie of the Year at my brokerage and did 7 million in sales. What has made all the difference for me is finding something I truly love doing that has a direct impact on the people I serve. I have more job satisfaction now than I have ever had in my life. And as a person of faith, I believe everything happens for a reason. All the steps it took to get here were part of a greater plan, preparing me to better serve people and create a life for our family that we love.

My wife, Jenn, and I have three kids all grown and starting their own journeys. Our daughter Marybeth is joining me in real estate, and my plan is to keep growing from there, bringing on veterans and professionals who share the same values. The goal is to build something lasting, a trusted name in the community built on honest, quality service.
Our son Aedan lives on our property with his wife Sierra and their son Levi, our grandson. And our youngest Madeleine is just starting to find her path. With 14 acres, it started with taking in the previous owners’ horses, and before we knew it, we had three donkeys, three alpacas, about a hundred chickens, some geese, and a bunch of ducks. It’s a lot of work, but it can also be a lot of fun!
My goal is to help my clients not just find any house, but the right house. With every showing, I offer no-pressure insights to help you evaluate the pros and cons and make informed decisions. Getting you into the right home matters more to me than simply closing a deal. The same goes for sellers. I want you to choose the offer that best fits your timeline and goals. From property preparation to marketing, I do everything possible to ensure you receive the best offers and can start your next chapter on the right terms.
My specialties include helping fellow veterans, as well as assisting relocating families, first-time buyers, and right-sizers across New Hampshire. Whatever your situation, I will make sure you understand every step of the process, know what to expect, and feel confident in every decision you make. My goal is to be a trusted resource in this community, and I want everyone I work with to know that I am here for them long after the transaction is over!
Sincerely,

Your American Dream Team
